Mortgage Field Service Inspections
The main areas we work in are Residential Mortgage Inspections and Commercial Inspections. These are usually done for Banking Institutions and Insurance Companies. Our company specializes in every aspect of the mortgage field service inspection business. Field Service One covers Springfield, MO and a large part of the surrounding Southwest MO area.
Field Services One will perform a full visual property condition assessment as directed by the client, provide photos and make notes on occupancy, any observed damages, or other conditions that need to be addressed on the property.

Inspection Types
No Contact Occupancy
Inspect the property from public areas to see if it is occupied and in what condition. Do not go onto the property.
Occupancy
Inspect the property to determine if it is unoccupied. This includes walking around the property to take note of conditions and appropriate vacancy indicators. No interior access attempted.
Interior
Document the exterior and interior of all buildings, including all rooms, utilities, unsecure access points, and any damage. This does not include in-depth testing or certification of the property condition.
Loss Draft
Vendor will take pictures of all areas/rooms listed on the scope of work to document what work has been completed/not completed. Owner/contractor may need to be present and sign off on the work.
Disaster
This is an inspection from the outside to see if anyone is living there and to find any damage from disasters such as water, wind, fire, or earthquake.

William has 14 years of experience in the banking industry with several years in home equity lending as well as appraisal coordination and review. In 2022, he became a Certified Mortgage Field Service Inspector through Mortgage Field Services, and he is also Inspection Certified through the National Association of Mortgage Field Services Academy. Additionally, he is a member of the Society of Field Inspectors.
